We believe that true luxury lies in uniqueness and privacy. That’s why Luxury Weddings accepts a select number of assignments each year. We assign a dedicated team of concierges and event managers to each couple, who will guide you every step of the way, selecting exclusive locations and historic homes often inaccessible to the public.
No two events are the same, because no two love stories are the same. Our job is to interpret your essence and translate it into a language of beauty, elegance, and wonder.
What we do for you
Venues, seen for you
You don’t need to fly over for every visit. We inspect the venues on your behalf — spaces, access, logistics, technical conditions — and when you can’t be there we connect a live video tour, so you see everything in real time and decide with us.
The right people, around you
Catering, florals, décor, photography, video, music: we bring together the local professionals we trust, translate your wishes to them and make sure every instruction is understood and carried out.
Timings and logistics
As the day approaches we build the schedule with every supplier: arrivals, set-up, access, load-in and load-out. Everyone knows where to be and when, so that each element falls into place.
On-site direction
From the welcome dinner to the farewell brunch, our team is on the ground: set-ups, suppliers, schedules and any last-minute issue, solved before it reaches you.
Your guests, taken care of
Airport pick-ups, shuttles and transfers between hotels and venues, with drivers we know: timings, communication and changes are handled by us. Your guests arrive relaxed, you stay focused on your day.
