Mary Tricarico:Vision First

I am a wedding planner and designer based in Italy, specialising in intimate destination weddings for 10 to 60 guests, including multi-day celebrations, across some of Italy’s most captivating destinations: Veneto, Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio, the Amalfi Coast and Puglia.

I believe the most meaningful weddings are not defined by their size, but by the depth of the experience they create. That is why my work always begins with the people behind the celebration: understanding who you are, what matters to you and how you want to feel throughout the journey, not only on your wedding day.

My approach is design-driven planning. I start with your vision rather than the logistics, then build a clear and considered structure around it. My role is to help you identify what truly matters, make confident decisions and move forward without feeling overwhelmed or alone in the process.

With a background in visual arts, scenography and event production, I approach every wedding as a complete creative project: the relationship between spaces, materials, colours, light, textures, florals, stationery, music and movement, brought together into an atmosphere that feels cohesive and genuinely reflective of you.

For multi-day celebrations this becomes even more important. Each occasion has its own character while contributing to a larger story: from the welcome event to the wedding day, every moment keeps its own rhythm, atmosphere and personality.

I remain personally involved from our first conversation through to your wedding day. Many couples come to me after months of research, surrounded by too many ideas and too many choices: my role is to turn that uncertainty into direction, a thoughtful selection of the right options and a manageable next step.
