In a quiet corner of Salento, in Guagnano, among the vineyards of the Salice Salentino DOC, the Cantele family has been making some of the most recognised labels of the region: Negroamaro, Primitivo, Susumaniello, the Teresa Manara line, Amativo, Rohesia.
Inside the winery lives iSensi, a laboratory of experience rather than a standard cellar visit: no fixed path and no script, but cooking classes inspired by local traditions, small-group tastings, creative workshops and cultural evenings.
The spaces are sober and flexible, opening directly onto the vineyards: depending on the hour and the season they become a convivial dining room, a tasting table or the setting for a private event for your guests.
